Questions buyers ask first

What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model, and 1,000 pieces for very small items such as thread snips. For a first trial order we can split one model into mixed sizes, and for stock designs we accept 200 pieces at a small surcharge.
How fast can I get samples?
Stock samples are dispatched within 48 hours by DHL or FedEx. A customised counter sample with your logo and packaging takes 7-10 working days, and the sample fee is refunded once the mass order is placed.
Can you produce our own brand?
Yes. We laser or stamp your logo on the blade, match handle colours to your Pantone, and produce retail packaging – blister card, colour box or hanging bag – with your barcode and artwork.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against the bill of lading is standard; L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and can arrange CIF to your port.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our plant is ISO 9001 audited and BSCI registered. Product-level CE and REACH declarations as well as FDA food-contact material reports can be provided for the lines that need them – we confirm availability per item before you order.
